General

1. Park Plaza Hotels 'Put yourself in the picture' incentive scheme runs from 12 July 2010 until 31 December 2011 for meetings booked and held between 01 September 2010 and 31 December 2011. Rewards can only be earned on new bookings made and held in this qualifying period.
2. From 01 March 2011 to 30 April 2011 inclusive any meetings or events booked and confirmed during this period, with the meeting or event being consumed before 31 December 2011, will qualify for 'double rewards'. Double rewards will be upgrades from Silver tier to Gold, Gold tier to Platinum and Platinum tier will qualify for both Platinum tier and a Gold tier reward.
3. You must register for the scheme in order to receive rewards. Rewards can only be earned for meetings that are booked and held after the date you register for the scheme.
4. Reward levels are based on the total value of the meeting or event, but exclude the cost of equipment hire.
5. Rewards can be collected once the meeting or event has taken place and Park Plaza Hotels have received full payment. Cancelled bookings do not qualify for rewards.
6. Rewards will only be awarded if the qualifying value of the meeting or event is reached as stated in the qualifying tier levels which vary by hotel. Rewards are based on the value of an individual meeting booked at a participating Park Plaza Hotel in the UK. Meetings cannot be accumulated to reach the value of a qualifying tier. Rewards cannot be accrued to the next tier.
7. To be eligible for a Silver reward you must reach the qualifying value as stated. For Gold and Platinum rewards the value of the meeting can fall between the tier values stated for Silver and Gold to be eligible for a Gold reward; and between the values stated for Gold and Platinum tiers to receive a Platinum reward.
8. No cash alternative is available and rewards are non-transferable.
9. Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. You may be liable to pay income tax on the rewards.
10. Park Plaza Hotels reserve the right to modify or withdraw this scheme without notice.

Prizes

12. Your prize claim must be made on the Voucher Claim Form included in your Active Selection Pack and submitted by post. Claims cannot be accepted in any other form.
13. No claims can be accepted after the expiry date printed on the Voucher Claim Form.
14. All Active experiences and gifts are issued as Active Vouchers which are valid for 12 months from date of issue of the Active Selection Pack.
15. Active Selection Packs and Active Vouchers may not be resold without the permission of Active Consultancy Ltd.
16. Active Selection Packs may only be used to claim Active experiences and gifts as detailed on this website and in the Selection Pack.
17. Active reserve the right to change the range of experiences and gifts, and/or the description, content or locations of the experiences and gifts, without notice.
18. The information provided within the Active Selection Voucher pack, and on this website, is based on enquiries made by Active and is believed to be accurate but Active makes no warranty or representation in respect thereof.
19. Photocopied, damaged or defaced Voucher Claim Forms or Active Vouchers will not be accepted, replaced or refunded.
20. Images (where used) may not accurately reflect the experience or gift offered.
21. No cash alternatives will be offered.
22. Claiming an Active Voucher implies acceptance of the terms and conditions as detailed on this website, those printed on the Active Voucher to be claimed, and on any other associated literature.
